Sreelekshmi M. Nair is a highly experienced Qualified Behavior Analyst certified by the QABA Credentialing Board, a Certified Autism Specialist, and a Psychologist with more than nine years of experience supporting children with autism and other developmental needs. She holds a Master’s degree in Psychology and is recognized for combining strong clinical knowledge, compassionate care, and evidence-based practice to achieve meaningful outcomes for children and their families.

Her expertise includes conducting comprehensive developmental and behavioural assessments, designing individualized ABA intervention programs, supervising clinical services, and monitoring treatment outcomes. Her key areas of focus include functional communication, language development, social and play skills, adaptive functioning, school readiness, emotional regulation, and the reduction of challenging behaviours. Her experience across clinical, educational, and school-inclusion settings enables her to develop practical interventions that promote the generalization of skills across everyday environments.

As an experienced supervisor and mentor, Sreelekshmi is passionate about developing the next generation of ABA professionals. She mentors and supervises aspiring ABA supervisors and therapists and provides professional training. Known for her ethical, child-centred, and results-oriented approach, Sreelekshmi is committed to recognizing each child’s strengths and helping them overcome barriers to learning.
