Cancellation & Appointment Policy

To make sure we can schedule things nicely and everyone can get a spot:

• Therapy sessions must be scheduled in advance.
• If you need to cancel or change a session please let the clinic know soon as you can.
• Keep in mind that constantly cancelling at the minute might limit the number of appointments available.

Refund Policy

• Therapy packages are non-refundable and non-transferable once you buy them.
• We encourage customers to use all sessions within the package validity period.
• If you miss a session without telling us you won’t get a refund or compensation.
• In cases we might consider a refund request but its up, to our management to decide and we can’t guarantee approval.
• If we cancel a session we’ll reschedule it for free.
• If we do approve a refund we’ll process it through the payment method within 7-14 working days after deducting any applicable fees.

We will not share any pictures or videos that show a childs identity publicly. This is unless we have permission, from the parents or guardians first.

If you do not want us to use your childs images please let us know. You can tell us at any time. We will respect your request.
