To strengthen her practice and uphold the highest ethical standards, Ms. Susmitha holds QASP-S and IBA certifications, enabling her to deliver high-quality, evidence-based behavior support across various settings. She strongly believes in data-driven decision-making, individualised intervention, and collaborative family involvement as key pillars in promoting independence and improving quality of life.

Her areas of expertise include Functional Behaviour Assessments (FBA), Behaviour Intervention Planning (BIP), VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, skill-based assessments, data collection and analysis, staff training and supervision, as well as parent and caregiver coaching.
